Since founding his first company in Houston in 1993, Brad has expanded BMB into a full-service provider specializing in concrete and asphalt solutions, foundation repair and advanced tunneling & trenching services. What sets his companies apart is a unique combination of hands-on field experience and a corporate-level commitment to quality control, safety and timely delivery. 

As Operations Director and Chief Financial Officer, Lynn Hill has been integral to the growth and success of BMB Construction since inception. Working alongside founder Brad Biggar from the ground up, Lynn has been instrumental in shaping the company into a trusted leader in the construction industry.

Her greatest strength has been developing the financial foundation that allows the business to thrive with long-term stability and growth. In addition, she has built the operational framework that drives customer retention, sales expansion, and organizational efficiency.

Lynn’s leadership has created a platform where Brad’s vision and field expertise can reach their fullest potential. Together, they form a dynamic executive team that combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
